Karma is Effect

Karma in Sanskrit literally means “action or work”. If we study the meaning behind the word, you can find that we are in a perpetual cycle of repeated “action or work” which we are a part of in a continuous cycle with which we are ignorant to and therefore part of and unconsciously playing out lifetimes after lifetimes. Karma comes from the basic universal law of “cause and effect”.

We as humans, are controlled primarily by three main functions of our brain which are the “Basal ganglia” section known also as the “Reptilian complex”, the “Paleomammalian complex” which is also known as the “Limbic system” and lastly, the “Neommamalian complex” which is also termed as the “Neocortex”. The Reptilian complex and Limbic system generate automated responses which do not go through the Neocortex which is the use of will-power to think. They are automated responses which are also karmic responses. It’s like karma being synonymous with “action or work”, if we are not using the Neocortex which is the only way to overwrite any automated responses or karmic patterns if you will, then we will stay in the perpetual loop of “action and work”!

We will continue to be in action and going in circles, becoming the puppets in the game of karma. We are stuck in the automated responses like “Fight or Flight, Self-Defense Mechanism, Dominance, Ritualistic patterns, Emotional responses, Behavioral responses, Past experiences and Addictions”. So, how do we stop becoming the pawns in this loop? Yes, you are right! Use our Neocortex! We need to apply the will-power to Deep Thinking, Rational Logical Thinking, Questioning, Contemplate the problem, and come out with a positive solution by applying the “Right thoughts, Right Intentions and the Right Actions”. As long as this is done in accordance and alignment with the divine, then we can end the karmic loop since we are regaining our true sovereignty by using our own will to “think and intent and of course act”. We create the “cause” instead of the “effect”.

When we are stuck inside the karmic loop, we are the “effect”. Come out of the “action or work” which is essentially the “effect”. Let us create the “cause” by changing the patterns and kick ourselves out of the unconscious push and pull of the action. Check on ourselves constantly. Be responsible for our own actions. Be the “cause” to create instead of being the “effect”. Apply what we learnt. Nothing happens when we don’t apply them in our lives. We are responsible for what happens to us. Break beyond the illusion and liberate ourselves from the chains into freedom.
